Online project inquiries
When the online form is available, the name, company, business email and project information you enter are sent to a company-controlled inquiry service hosted by Cloudflare and to Jetray’s configured email delivery service. Technical request information is also processed to protect the service from abuse. You can instead email Jetray directly. Do not submit patient data, passwords, confidential drawings or other sensitive information in an initial inquiry.
A success notice is shown only after the email service accepts the inquiry for delivery. It does not independently prove inbox arrival. Your entries remain in the current page after an attempt and are not saved as a draft in browser local storage. Closing or reloading the page may remove unsent text.
